2023 Green Elementary Trunk or Treat Rules & Safety Guidelines:

• No parking in surrounding areas and walking in - REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. This event is exclusively for registered families only - all Green families are welcome to register

• To participate, you must register online and be prepared to pass out treats at your vehicle in the parking lot. (If needed, high school students will be available to pass out candy for you at your vehicle)

• Please bring treats, candy, or trinkets to hand out to all Trunk or Treaters

• We encourage you to decorate your vehicle, but it is not required to participate

• Family friendly/non-scary decorations & costumes

• Vehicles must be parked and manned by 6:45 PM

• Parking lot closes for entry at 6:45 PM

• Playground will be CLOSED and off limits

• You will be informed by October 24, 2023 how many trunk or treaters to prepare for

• Registered participants will receive an event pass for entry to the lot on October 25, 2023

• An announcement will be made to clean up and get into your vehicle when the event is over

• Once all participants are safely in their vehicles, staff will dismiss the vehicles

• For the safety of everyone and to keep traffic moving - NO VEHICLES are to move or exit until a staff member has dismissed their vehicle
